not sure where to post this. I just juiced for the first time. What can I do with the pulp? I juiced apples, carrots & celery (it's all mixed).

Thanks.

What I've done with it is:

soak golden flax seeds overnight (the water becomes gelatinous); then, mix the pulp with the flax seeds and gelatinous water. Spread this in a teflex sheet in your dehydrator and dehydrate. Flavored flaxseed crackers. :)

Thanks for your suggestion but I need ideas that don't require a dehydrator though.

you can also mix that pulp with soaked nuts/seeds, some sundried tomatoes and whatever seasonings you like, zap in the food prosessor and form them into patties and dehydrate, OR make a pizza crust by spreading into a round pizza crust shape and dehydrating. thats what i do often with my pulp. yummy! enjoy, whatever you choose to do.

oops sorry, for some reason i didnt see your last msg about no dehydrator.

in that case...ive never used it in a way thats not dehydrated...but m aybe use it to thicken a raw soup? or you can make the veggie patties and just let th em firm up in the fridge.

I'm thinking you could add the pulp to smoothies, or make "soups" out of it? Or a pate of some such?

I'd make a soup or patties with any savoury pulp (carrots, almonds, green veggies, etc).

With the sweet pulp, why not add to a porridge type dish and have it as a breakfast cereal?
