not sure how i got it one day i was eating a lot of fruit i had been eating small amounts of turkey and boom i have this terrible stomach flu like thing, i dont know what to eat when i get hungry and im feeling terrible...i know most will tell me to fast but than is ok to drink veggie juice when i absolutely need it? or what would you drink/eat!!! thanks everyone im dying here and i still have to work...
