I've started doing the low-fat version of raw. Finally beginning to lose weight after 7 years of raw. Feel better, but hungry sometimes. My question is, during these winter months when my body wants something a little heavier in the late of the day, I'm looking for no fat marinades for veggies I can then dehydrate. I wonder if anyone has some good suggestions. I am also leaving out salt etc.
Today I am using one orange juiced, cayenne, a little agave and cumin. I'll let you know how it works on the brocolli, red pepper and bok choy. Any other ideas would be so appreciated.
Thank you,
Biscuit Grinch
