Does any one have a recipe for ranch dressing?
I have a bit of a craving for it.
Do you think it is possible to make it without onions or garlic?

Here is a thread with a raw Ranch dressing recipe, I haven't tried it yet so if you do please let us know how it is!

1 cup raw cashews (soak a couple of hours)
3/4 cup water (I ended up having to use more)
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion power (I didn't have any, used dried minced onions)
1/4 + 1/8 tsp of sea salt
1 T minced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
1 T minced fresh dill weed or 1 tsp dried dill weed
Whip all but the basil and dill in a blender until smooth. Toss in the basil and dill and pulse just a couple of times to mix it in. Store in a sealed container in the fridge - keeps for 5 days.
Creamy Mac Ranch Dressing
1/2-1 full cup raw mac. nuts
1/3 cup r. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
2/3 cup cold-pressed olive oil
1 tsp salt
Italian seasoning to taste
1/2 TBS sage
Blend the macs. with 1/4-1/2 cup of water (depending on the thickness desired).
Add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, Italian seasoning, and sage.
2 lemons, juiced
1 c. macadamia nuts, soaked 8 hours and drained
3 cloves garlic
1/4 sweet onion
4 stalks celery
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 TBS dill (fresh is suggested, but use what you have)
1 tsp. thyme (fresh is suggested, but use what you have)
1 c. Rejuvelac or filtered water
1 medjool date, pitted
1/2 c. olive oil (extra virgin is suggested)
Blend all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil in blender and blend well. Slowly add olive oil to blender as it's blending to a creamy consistency.
