WOW! You just about covered everything. The only other couple of things I use frequently, if not daily are a reemer (reamer? - spelling) for my lemons, along with a strainer (metal), and a canning jar, fancy glass, or Naglene container for green smoothies. Oh, also a coffee grinder can come in handy if you can't afford the other types of grinders. How about knives for chopping? I use a couple different ones. A serrated tomato knife and I also sometimes use a cleaver (for garlic). I also use sea veggie flakes - dulse and kelp. Plus pumpkin seeds and hazelnuts.
This will be very handy for those new to raw...Thanks RP!

What about drinking straws?
I had some cheap re-useable ones, but after a while they really gunked up. Had to constantly soak in hot water and clean with pipe cleaners.
I'm glad of this experience, because I always wanted those pricey glass straws, I'm glad I never spent the money on those.
I recently picked up a gigantic box of disposible straws at Sam's Club.
Oh, another one - bamboo cutting boards
I keep a separate one for cutting up onions, garlic and the like.
The OJEX citrus juicer is a wonderful tool as well.

I consider a scale an essential tool in any kitchen. I have two, a decigram scale and a gram scale. I use the decigram scale to weigh camu camu powder (weigh the bag, hit tare, pour some out, and weigh it again) and the gram scale if I want to know how much smoothie I just made (weigh it and subtract 820 g, which is the mass of the Vita-Mix container without the lid).
Scissors, distinct from hair scissors
Olives
Dulse
Pecans (expected Monday)

thats everything " including " the kitchen sink ;)
but i would include a mortar and pestle in order to further powder dried herbs which to me helps release their i guess oils making them tastier .
i also have come to store my greens mixtures , when i make a big batch to last for a few days , in 3 gallon stainless lidded soup pots because in my experience that keeps them the longest .
everyday i wipe out the moisture on inside of pot or it starts to make the greens wilty / rubbery / soggy .

gotta have dill!!!!
those rubber mats for the counter so when you are mixing by hand in a bowl, it will prevent the bowl from sliding.

How about a Z Star wheat grass juicer by Tribest? This thing is great. It cleans up so fast and easy. It encourages me to drink more wheat grass juice which is the most powerful super food there is, I think....
