Start with a rinsed large portabella mushroom cap, de-stemmed.
In a bowl, mix up an avocado or your favorite guacamole recipe.
Use this to top the mushoom.
Add diced tomatos, bean sprouts & a sprinkle of shredded purple cabbage to top the mushroom.
In another small bowl mix equal parts of B grade maple syrup (or sweetner of your choice: agave, orange juice etc) and Nama Shoyu.
Drizzle over mushroom & serve with a sprinkle of hemp seeds!
