Ok, I've never had this so I'm curious, are you all just dipping the banana in the jar or what? lol sorry that's the visualization I'm getting. Or are you chopping it up and putting the almond butter on top?

LOL! Well personally, most times I slice up the bananas and put some almond butter on top. But I've been known to also take a banana and just spread some on with a butter knife. I also sometimes sprinkle some raisins on top and/or shredded coconut...but to me, it's good with just the nana and butter! Mmmmm :p

The almond butter is also good with apples or pears and sometimes I mix them all (bananas, apples and pears all sliced and diced up and mixed with the a.butter)

You can dip apple slices/quaters by spooning out some of the almond butter into a dish. It's also good with cinnamon mixed in!

I'll confess, I'm a dipper. I'll take a small container of almond butter to work and usually just dip. If the almond butter is too hard, or if I'm eating it out of the larger jar, I'll take a bit of banana, spoon a dab on the rest of the banana, take a bit, spoon some on the rest, etc.

But this doesn't work well if you're adding other things...then it's best in a bowl.

I've dipped (but never double dipped), I've sliced and spread, sometimes I mush it all together in a bowl and drizzle some honey on top.

i slice up the banana in 1/4" thick slices and arrange on a plate. then i put a blob of almond butter next to it, put some on the fork, then spear the nana. Or I put it on top of each slice (that's how my dad made this for me when i was growing up-- so of course it's one of my fave comfort foods!) yum.... i think i will have some this weekend :)
