I like macademia nuts for whipped cream with dates and a touch of orange juice or pineapple juice for the liquid

a dash of vanilla bean and you got whipped cream

I have tried them and the thing I like best is the cream you make for the "Black Forest Cake" - it tastes like a cream and a little like an ice cream cone.

It isn't too sweet and nicely compliments a sweet dessert.

I used almond milk instead of water though too. It definatly helps with the cream taste.
