Can I get some opinions about this bread from you all?

I liked it when I still ate bread! :)

Well, it's definitely healthier than regular bread as a transitional bread but it's not raw as they have on the Q&A section of their website someone asking if their bread is considered raw or not and they say no because it's cooked at 200 degrees.

I will be using this as a transitional bread to get me to make better choices than I have been recently. I am hopeful that I will be able to transition out of it when the time is right. :)

It's a good (non-raw) bread. I liked it when I used to buy it. I think they have a low salt version -- look for that.

I have always found the bread's name rather humorous. The name refers to a Biblical verse. In the verse, God tells Ezekiel to make bread from all sorts of coarse flours. This bread was supposed to be bad. Ezekiel eating this bad bread was meant to publicly point to the sins of the people. Anyway, the bread company takes this verse and spins it as if it is giving a prescription for a good bread. When it's not.

But the bread itself is good, as others have said. :)

It's made from four grains and two legumes. I found it too heavy for my taste and preferred plain whole wheat bread.

He also told him to bake it using manure as fuel. Does the bread company do that? ;)

I love this bread! I eat raw til dinner, and the only grains i eat are the sprouted grain products by Ezekiel. great transition choice i think.
