Dont know whos recipe this is and havent tried it, but thought I would share anyways. ;)
So Sage Patties
Yields 8
1 cup Brazil nuts, soaked for 4 hours
¼ onion, chopped fine
1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu
2 tablespoons fresh sage
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
1. Place Brazil nuts in food processor. Chop fine and place in a bowl.
2. Place onion, Nama Shoyu, sage, and rosemary in a food processor and
chop fine.
3. Add sunflower seeds and run processor until mixture becomes a pate.
4. Add sunflower mixture to Brazil nuts and blend well.
5. Form into 2 inch round patties and place on a teflex sheet. Dehydrate
for 3 hours.
6. After 3 hours turn patties over and continue to dehydrate until firm.
