this is what i've decided to do for now, and i wanted to know if anyone has a similar exercise plan and how its worked for them?

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 20 minutes of pilates and 10-30 minutes yoga
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday- 40-90 min power yoga.

i also do rebounding when i have lots of energy in the evenings..

That plan sounds very soothing and empowering and energizing. It sounds wonderful to me, and quite fun too! I say the best way to tell if it is right for you is to just try it for a while. let us know how it goes :)

What is rebounding?

What about rest days.
I may be wrong but I would double up on one day and not do anything the next.
Your body needs a chance to rebuild and repair.
I prefer to divide up all of my exercise into 3 days (tue thurs and sat) and rebuild the other days.

rebounding...its a mini trampoline, its super good for you, and really fun too!

and about rest days, i used to feel like i needed them when i used to go running and lifting weights and stuff, but then i found yoga and i feel better doing it every day. its gentle and my body usually doesnt feel like it needs a break from it.
