Banana Epiphany!

Today, I brought to work a ziplock bag of mixed nuts, dried coconut and cacao nibs on which to nibble. After all the nuts were gone, I had a small bit of coconut and nibs left in the bottom of the bag. I grabbed a banana out of my lunch bag and dipped it into the baggie, pressing the coconut and nibs into the banana. OMG!!! WHAT A TREAT!!! :p
