Soaked nut

I just started soaking nuts. How long can they last once they are soaked?
Do you keep them in the fridge or the freezer?

I always soak my nuts and then rinse and dehydrate them. I like the "crunch" and doing it this way they will keep a llloooonnnngggg time, plus I always bag them and put them in the refrigerator. Hope this helps. OH...if you don't have a dehydrator, I would rinse them well and put them in fresh water and keep them in the refrigerator...I think they will keep about a week that way, changing the water everyday.

You can freeze them wet and they will keep for months
