Wonderful Raw Food Magazine!!!

Hi everyone,

I subscribed to Get Fresh!, last week, it´s a UK magazine about raw food. I received my first number and have to say that I think it´s WONDERFUL. It appears 4 times a year, is in full-colour and full of interesting and inspiring articles, recipes etc.
And: they do ship all over the world! At the moment I live in Spain so... I was very surprised to receive my first issue within a couple of days after subscribing. I´m so happy with my mag! :) :) :)

This is so great to hear. I am always looking for a good magazine, and all the cooking magazines are just that...COOKING. I am always looking for a raw magazine, but have never found one. Thanks for posting....I'm checking into that right now.

All I can say about this free download is "Wow!" What a GREAT magazine! And several nice articles about Alissa! AND.. a recipe for beetkraut!

I also enjoyed the piece on joint health.

I also was able to pick up the Living Nutrition Magazine at Wild Oats, last Spring. I'm assuming their Fall one should be out soon? I keep checking the checkout isle each time I go. I checked the magazine and their website and it just says it comes out in Spring and Fall, no set months or dates.

The fall issue of Living Nutrition has been delayed. I believe it will be out in early spring. My story will be in that issue! :-)

They sold out of it at Wild Oats and I knew quite a few people who wanted to get it. I hope Wild Oats orders a few extra magazines next time. I guess I should mention it to them.

Hi Star,

Thank you so much for thinking about me on my birthday. Yes I did have a great day. The weather was beautiful, so I laid out in my hammock and got my Vit. D, relaxation, fresh air, and positive thoughts and feelings. Can't get much better than that. Saturday my whole family will celebrate my birthday like we do every year . . . going to a hockey game (Nashville vs. Chicago) where we splurg and get Club Seats. In Club Seats they will bring your food to you and surprise of all surprises, they have fruit trays :D
