help with "sweet" bread recipe please

does anyone have a recipe for bread that would taste good with almond butter and raw strawberry 'jelly"? I am trying to duplicate a bread that I had from Pure Raw Cafe. I know that rawfoodchef will post it when she gets a spare minute, but in the meantime, I thought I would try out any other recipes. Her bread is a thin, chewy maple cinnamon raisin bread. I have only made rawvolution's onion bread, so I don't know where to start! I have oat groats and buckwheat and flax....then maybe apples, or banana in the dehydrator? Any help or ideas wouold be appreciated!
