Appreciation

Recently I've been seeing some ugliness from a few people disguising ugliness for appreciation ~ or vice-versa.

I just came across this quote which I find quite fitting:

The only people with whom you should try to get even are those who have helped you. ~John E. Southard

Please, appreciate what you've learned and gained from past relationships, jobs, connections... and move on in love and gratitude.

(And no, it's not just me seeing this. Others have emailed me and asked if I'm perceiving it the way they are. I am.) Find joy in life.
