Hellllllllllooooooooooooooooooo.

Can't wait until the new year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be healed, feel good and look ALIVE.

Sharon, are you drinking Synergy? Only my opnion, but I don't think mango juice is good with kombucha period. I love the ginger and orginial one!!!!!!! My health has gotten sooooooooooooo much better with that stuff. I fought my sinus cold aggressively and warms me. The detox is powerful with it :)

Tvillemom, I'm here!!!!!!!!!! Congrats on you juicer, youa re gonna have so much fun juicing.....I will be fasting into the new season----from winter into spring.

Girlsmiley, my inspiration!!!!! I am doing betta since seeing my physical therapist..........taking it easy. I'm so looking forward to challenging you all in the new Jan challenge thread. Bring your bright colors with you

Dream, you did it! It takes greater strength to walk away with eloquence!!!!!!!!

Swingbolder, hats off to you for finishing that semester and glad you are getting thru bronchitis---I've had that myself and talk about torture!!!! I've been taking that african Zulu herb Umecka (sp) works like magic!!!

That all become what it is that makes you healthy and happy.

It is a wish to myself as well :)

I must apologize for not being so so active in this challenge. I am going to continue though, with the one that begins in January, so I think I will add a challenge to myself to try and make a post at the least once a week!

I am going to wish as well now, for a safe and joyous New Year's beginning for all, with the most wonderful year to come.

Ugh. I just ate miso soup with cooked veggies and udon noodles. Was massively craving it. Now I am too full. Sticking to juice for dinner.

MISSLINDA: what is the deal with kombucha? Why is it so cleansing? I've only tasted it once. Sort of reminded me of vinegar. I never finished the bottle...but I had a sore throat at the time.

.....I will be fasting into the new season----from winter into spring.

I am fasting into the new year :) I've been doing a lot of reading about fasting etc. and am not sure how long I will fast and how, exactly. Yesterday I drank 2 quarts of the Master Cleanse lemonade ... today I've only had water. I need to get my juicer set up to do some juicing. I know you are not into the MC, yet do you do water-only or juice or a combination?

I'm so looking forward to challenging you all in the new Jan challenge thread. Bring your bright colors with you

I will be in the January challenge thread! I should have added to my goals to make it through 30 days 100% raw ... I kind of did the generic "eat 100% raw" ... 30 days at a time :D

Hi Everyone!

Thanks, girlsmiley, my Holiday was wonderful and relaxing. Sort of a challenge eating raw, but managed to stay around 80% which was not bad for my first Christmas!!

Tvillemom: CONGRATS on buying the Omega 8500!! That's what I have and I just LOVE it... the chrome is nice and shiny and does not hold fingerprints like I thought it would, a simple wipe with the dish towel is all it takes and it definitely does NOT look like plastic ;) HAPPY JUICING !

Vegan Princess - don't beat yourself up about the udon noodles; i know sometimes it's easier said than done, but whenever i slip up (and seems i've been doing alot of that lately) I try to just move on and grab something raw.... sometimes i think my body needs an occasional bite or two of meat and so far, that's all i take, but am looking forward to not giving in to those cravings....
Has anyone else felt that on the beginning of their raw journey they really needed a few bites of meat each day for those animal protein cravings? I went meat free until day 17 and then gave into the cravings, and now seems like i need it every day, that is, my body won't stop bugging me until i take a couple of bites of chicken or turkey or fish.... can anyone suggest anything for those protein cravings?????? HELLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.................

MissLinda - yeah, what is the scoop with the kombucha? is it made from a mushroom? does it strengthen your immune system?

Hope you're all doing great... I, too, have the week off and it's GRRRRREAT!

Raw love and peace to ALL ;)

I'm not in the challenge ... I hope I'm not stepping on any toes by replying to Dharma here. If so, please forgive me, and mods, please delete my post...

Dharma, I'm a newbie, and yes, I have had meat cravings. BAD. I was lucky enough to find out that a green ... really green! ... smoothie nips them right in the bud. Hope it works for you as well as it has for me! I usually use parsley and pineapple and pear.

Sorry I missed you all yesterday. I had a raw day, just was busy returning Christmas stuff and and then had to work. I am completely overwhelmed with all the clutter in my house. I totally need to do some major thrifting and drop off stuff to the Salvation Army. My husband is in a thrifting phase and is anxious about getting rid of stuff which is stressing me out cause I don't have the time to go through everything. I totally agree with him but I need more time to do it. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO ADD MORE TIME TO THE DAY? So Sharon in Colorado - good for you for getting it done - can you come to Michigan and do my house next? Oh and I forgot to mention I am up one pound after all this good holiday eating (195  ) and haven't still exercised a stitch yet this week. My goal was to finish out December at 194 and I was there last Friday. Hopefully I can get back there in the next few days. Foods eaten so far:

chunks of cantelope, honey dew and pineapple.
carrots and celery with hummus

Don't worry Morn...you'll be back at 194!

No meat cravings for me here...but I've been vegan for over a year. I haven't had one bite of meat since becoming vegan. Oh actually I did have one bite of fish a couple weeks in and almost threw up. But I am vegan because I can't stand the idea of eating meat, not just for health reasons. I have had slip ups in the dairy department (mainly as part of desserts) since becoming vegan though. Not as frequent anymore. I'd say if you are really craving meat, it might be better to have some non-gmo tofu or something for protein. Still cooked, but not nearly as bad for you.

Yes, MISSLINDA, what is the deal with the kombucha, maybe I need to get some. I am going to Hallelujah Acres (in Shelby, NC) on Jan. 6th. Even though they don't push 100% raw, they highly encourage it, and their plan is 85/15, and 100% vegan. The point of me telling you this is I'm going to buy a product they sell that is raw, and organic. It's called Barleymax. It comes in powder form. I am excited about having it early in the new year, and if I can figure out what kombucha is, or some other things like dandelion tea, etc. I would really like to detox more....really working toward cleaning out the yeast in my system. I have a dry, severly itchy patch....scaley, nasty on my foot. I've had it looked at by a reg. Dr. and an intergrative Dr. They both kinda thought yeast (the reg. Dr. said "fungus" and gave a prescription that only worked for about 1 week!) and the intergrative Dr. said "diet change, and he wanted to run another test that I didn't have the money for. He also gave me a prescription creme that helped (but had steriods in it  ) and a creme from the HFS that also helped. Anyway, I am at a point where I've run out of all meds. and really want to detox and get rid of whatever is causing this rash. I have developed a mild itchy dry patch on my lower back, right on my spine??? Any ideas there? Could it be the same problem, or different. I have also had periods of time where I've had a mild itchy patch on my upper back, right in the middle, and a small, mildly itchy patch on the front of my chest, right in the middle....they all seem to come and go, and are fairly small, EXCEPT for the one on my foot. Scaley, very itchy.....the intergrative Dr. said it almost looked like psoriases...but it's only on that one spot, but since then (it's been over a year since I saw him) I've had these other places that have come and gone. I'm soooo sooooo tired of the problem. If anyone could help. I would do just about anything to get rid of it!
Anyway. Ya'll have a great night....I can't believe our challenge is almost over. I know there are others coming up, but I'll miss our little group here!!

I don't know if I *crave* meat, or feel I need it ... it's just that sometimes when it's cooking it smells so good I want to taste it!

Don't worry Morn...you'll be back at 194!

I agree!

tvillemom - thanks for the HUGS! :D

Todays Intake:
Water
*something cooked*
2 qts MC lemonade

My stomach doesn't like that I ate something cooked :( My son was cooking something and I just wanted a "taste" ... oh well, it wasn't a huge amount. It's just that I am *trying* to cleanse/fast and want it to work and I don't want to mess it up ...

Good morning! I hate to see the month end (but the end is coming, isn't it!) I noticed that I really haven't posted my food lately....I gotta remember to do that. I guess I feel like, "as long as it's raw", and I really haven't made anything lately that ya'll would "oooh and aaaahhh" over!
Today's meal plan is:
juice...juice and more juice
I woke up with a "stuffy head" and want to get on with it!! Detox baby...bring it on...I know the headache, stuffy nose blah, blah, blah...is just going to bring me out the other side to a healthier me!
God Bless ya'll!

hi girlsmiley. i'm new to this board. i recently completed a 10-day master cleanse on 12/18. the mc lemonade can be used as a meal replacement even if you're not on the cleanse. whether or not you're doing the master cleanse you should be drinking at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water every day.

Thanks Reena1953 - and congratulations on going 10 days on the MC!

I've been doing 2 quarts of MC lemonade and 2+ quarts of water per day. Yesterday, I started out with water only and then after I ate some cooked food I did 2 quarts of MC lemonade and it flushed it right out!

Hi all - Today I had to work and now I am home and a little tired. I just realized why I had the weightgain and breakout all over my face. The unwanted visitor (Aunt Martha) just came to stay with me and it is causing all kinds of havoc to my body. The cramps this month are really bad. I had to take pamprin at work just to finish my day. Well at least it explains some things as I started getting perplexed about the weight gain. I always fluctuate a little up in my weight at that time. I was beginning to think it was all the raw cheesecake I have been eating. Since I made it, it is so yummy, I have had a slice every day for dessert. I have to say it is one of the best raw recipes I have every made. Foods eaten:

small piece of manna seeded bread with raw honey and almond butter
red grapes
small dinner salad with raspberry vinegarette dressing
a couple handfuls of trail mix of nuts, raisens & seeds
redpepperhummus with celery and carrots
rawcheesecake with strawberry sauce

Girlsmiley - you go girl - I am proud of you! Fasting is really hard.

Tvillemom - hope you feel better soon!

Misslinda - The kombuncha was a little strong for me and when I drank it, it made my stomach feel funny. The funny thing is is I almost bought a case of it cause I get a 10% off discount at good foods when You buy a case at a time. I am glad I didn't go there. I bought 4 different ones to try and I think it requires an aquired taste. Cause the first one totally tasted like vinegar but by the 4th one, it started actually tasting ok. I think it is just something you have to get used too. But at the price of them, I couldn't make that a regular habbit.

Vegan Princess

Dharmagirl: I bought the green for life book today...how do you like it? I went shopping today and stocked up on things for green smoothies (and juice). I love love love my juice, but I can't help but feel I am wasting so much of the veggie.

I WENT BACK TO YOGA TODAY!!! First time in almost a month...I think I went 2-3 times at the beginning of this challenge and then no more. I do bikram yoga so I feared the heat would get to me after taking so long off. Not so. I did fine. A little tighter than normal, but actually not much. I have been told eating raw increases flexibility. In fact when my old teacher trained for the world yoga championships, he ate only raw because of this (even though he wasn't normally even vegan). He won the world championship btw!

Food today:
oatmeal, banana, pecans, almond milk
yam chips, pear
salad with half avocado
chocolate mint shake from raw cafe (they just add mint leaves to it - mmm)
juice of beet, cucumber, celery, carrot, kale, wheatgrass, ginger
red pepper with guacamole from 1/2 avocado

I eat alot. :D My sister started the raw diet this week. I am so proud of her! I bought her Alissa's book last week.

Thank you ... although I've only gone one out of the past three days without needing to eat *something* ... I just knew I needed to do this while I was not working so that I could sleep as necessary and not be around people and food like I would be if I were working.

Good Morning!!

How is everyone?
Morn: I already feel much better, thank you! Is life calming down for you? I sent you a cyber gift card for your favorite spa ;) I know how that "weight gain" time can be, hope going raw helps out in that area. I know it does for me! I actually can tell within the first month of being raw, I have less PMS, and cramping, etc. Now if I can just kick the chocolate cravings, but I will just stick to my raw fudge during that time! Love that stuff! And I love the cheesecake recipe, maybe I need to make that for New Year's Eve...nah...I'm trying that key lime pie recipe!!
Girlsmiley: Great job on the songs! That one is one of my old favorites, even though 70's was never my thing ;) How long is your fast? I know I'm going to do a fast at the beginning of January, but I'm waiting on my new juicer to start it, I'm thinking Monday January 8th. Good for you, ending the challenge with a fast is awesome. Hope you are feeling RAWESOME!!
Misslinda: how are you? Hope you are feeling better each and every day!
Vegan Princess: I believe there are LOTS of recipes with veggie pulp...either pates or crackers. You could search here to find them. I know there was a cracker one! I hate to waste my veggie pulp too, and when I start my fast next year, I will save my pulp to make crackers. The only problem with that is SMELLING the cracker cooking while fasting... Maybe I'll just freeze the pulp until after my fast! :D Good luck.
Dharmagirl: Glad to hear you've gotten some relief in the meat craving department! Way to move forward and NOT give in! :D You RAWK!
Love you guys....GALS! Have the best day ever!

I AM A BELIEVER!!!! The scale said 127.5 this morning. I seriously have not been below 128 in something like 2 years...and that probably just a fluke when I was really stressed out starting a new job and moving across the state. 128 is a major set point for me that my body does not like to go below. Now I am beginning to see that I really can lose weight on raw...and eat a ton of food no less. :D

After work today (going home early) I will be tackling sorting my closet. There is a lot in there that can use to go to goodwill. I want to start the year organized and fresh. GOING BACK TO YOGA TODAY TOO.

Breakfast: fruit salad: banana, pineapple, kiwi, tangerine sprinkled w/coconut

Good for you Vegan Princess!! I look forward to being your weight. The lowest my weight has been in 10 years was 128...and that was after 2 months at 100%.....but my "set point" seems to be 133! I hope once I hit that spot, the weight will start to fall off.
Good for you!

Tvillemom - thank you for the cybercard. After having that professional massage in AZ I am dreaming of another one to come in my future! My life never seems to slow down. But last night I was very tired. I actually got in bed just before 10:00, read a little of my bible that was next to the bed and then went to sleep. I don't remember the last time I was ever in bed that early.

Girlsmiley - I love your picture you are a beautiful woman (today your picture popped up randomly on my screen)! But I do like your current avatar too.

Vegan Princess - Good for you on getting moving again. I did a yoga/pilates class at my gym last month and for me I am still way to heavy to be any good at it. The leaner you are the easier it is. My fat stomach gets in the way (most definately). Anyway you sound serious about this. You will be down to your goal weight in no time at all if you are doing both raw and exercising! How tall are you?

Dharmagirl - I too loved that curry sauce for the carrot burgers! It totally made the whole meal for me work!

Yea Morn! You beat your goal! That is RAWsome!!!

(today your picture popped up randomly on my screen)
I know how those pictures randomly display ... lol ... thanks for the compliment :)

I gained after Christmas and because I have been doing the MC and fasting I've been weighing myself every day and logging it in my journal, along with my blood glucose (because I have not been taking my medication for several weeks).

Because of my eating on Christmas Eve and Christmas I weighed 320 on the 26th and today I weigh 310.8 ... so that is 9.2 lbs in 3 days ... so I am believing that in the next 3 days I will get to 300 or below. If I would have stuck to 100% raw from the beginning I would already be below 300 by now. That is why I have got to get my mind set for the new year ... and that is why I am fasting.

Hola. I read in Raw Food Real World that they experienced detox sometimes as all the sudden getting the symptoms of a cold and then having them disappear a few hours later. I think I am getting that after I drink my green drinks...so maybe they are detoxing me.

Slept (napped) through my yoga class. This always happens to me friday. Oh well, will do two tomorrow.

bfast: fruit bowl
snack: yam chips, pumpkin seeds
lunch: green smoothie w/dandelion, beet leaves, pineapple, apple, 1/2 banana

Well today I got some stuff to Salvation army, returned stuff, bought a couple of new clothing items (wore a new red shirt to dinner and bought a new black velvet dress). The dress is a large and so is the shirt. They are a hare tight but I want to start buying smaller sizes so when I lose more weight they won't be too big. Anyway we went out to dinner and a movie and had a great night. I have to work tomorrow so just wanted to post real quick what I ate today.

chocolate shake (made of young coconut milk/meat, pineapple, banana, organic cocoa powder and agave)
salad bar at ruby tuesdays
raw cheesecake with strawberry sauce

Song for Day 30 ...

Dancing Queen
Artist: ABBA

You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the Dancing Queen

Friday night and the lights are low
Looking out for the place to go
Where they play the right music, getting in the swing
You come in to look for a king
Anybody could be that guy
Night is young and the music's high
With a bit of rock music, everything is fine
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

You are the Dancing Queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing Queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the Dancing Queen

You're a teaser, you turn 'em on
Leave them burning and then you're gone
Looking out for another, anyone will do
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

You are the Dancing Queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing Queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the Dancing Queen

Good morning!! I can't believe it's already the END of December! I'm soooo glad I joined this challenge with ya'll! I hope to catch some of you in the January, year long challenge! (I'll miss you if you are not there! ;) )
Yesterday's food:
water in the a.m.
apple for lunch
apple for dinner w/ some almonds
Not very hungry today, but definitely getting rid of that cold....it came and went SO fast, I hardly noticed! :D OH the joys of 100% raw, seems "colds" come and go so fast and easy....at least for now!
Ya'll take care.

wow, i have to join in tghe fun and congrats to everyone that was in this challenge. Hopefully i'll see all of you in the january challenge! I've stayed raw still at my sister's. I could tell i was detoxing the first 4 nights because i had VERY vivid dreams of eatying the cookied food i had b een the past month and REALLY craved it whenever i woke up in the middle of the night. Last night i finally didn't have a food dream, nor did i crave it. I did have a bad dream that my nephews got cancer (they down 8 gallons of milk a week, meats, cheese, butter, ect. but they're not heavy at all so they look ok).

Yes, keeping warm, thank you!

However, kinda stuck here, with no place to go! We eventually need to dig our way out. The produce was scarce from the last storm, hate to think what it's like next time I venture into a store!

LOL - ya I was just poking fun. There's a radio station here that has "Alice Cooper Nights" - remember him? He's calmed down a bit, but now he plays a lot of classic rock, and he's pretty funny.

Yes, I'm doing a new challenge but not here, since it isn't advocated by this site, but I will be doing it. Actually already started it! I'm actually totally psyched about it.

Don't know if I am sick or detoxing. :( Went to yoga this morning. Tummy felt a little odd. Class seemed so so hard even though it is the same every time. Had to sit down a lot and wasn't very flexible. As soon as I got home I had to run to the bathroom and then had stomach cramps for hours after. Finally fell asleep and napped for 2-3 hours. I think I feel better? Haven't really eaten today. Am trying to munch on some yam chips now. So I'm not sure if I caught a stomach bug or am detoxing..possibly from upping the juice/green smoothies. Or maybe the mushrooms I ate yesterday were bad? I felt like i was weak from a rough class, but I doubt overdoing it in yoga would give me stomach cramps. Don't have a fever or body aches or anything. Either way, not sure I'll be making it to my 2nd yoga class in an hour and a half. :(

Food so far: half banana and 2 bites of apple before class
carrot/ginger juice when i got home
yam chips

I hope I'm not sick to ring in the new year! I doubt I will be though.

Our time in this thread is close to ending and I am glad to know that some of you will be in the January thread also :D

I have thoroughly enjoyed this week off of work. For the past <I don't know how many> years I have worked over the holiday shutdown so this was a real blessing. I haven't gotten my bedroom totally decluttered and organized (which was a goal, to have it done by the end of 2006 so I could start out 2007 with everything in place) yet I have been working on other areas of the house and feel very good about what I've gotten accomplished :p

Maybe it is because I have not been focused on food this week ... hummmm

Todays intake:

Water :D My first "water only" day

I plan to make Sunday and Monday "water only" days, too, and then do a green smoothie Tuesday morning and do juicing and smoothies for a while. I got great produce yesterday and I don't want it to go to waste (which is what would happen if I stuck to water only or MC for 10 days) ... some beautiful kale (never thought I'd be saying that!). After my wonderful juice yesterday I was reading and cleaning until after 1:00 a.m., I even did some aerobic exercise ... lol ... I've got to get my schedule back on track or getting up for work on Tuesday won't be fun :o

Well my stomach is more settled. I feel better now that I've been able to eat...more energy. My stomach is a little unsettled, but ok. So I doubt it was a sickness. Maybe detox. In any case, I'm still aiming to hit the last yoga class of the year tomorrow morning.

I think I'm strong enough to boogie down for this last dance! I'm squeezing the last of the glitter out of the toob. I hope to see you ALL in the January Challenge! I'm so thankful for all your encouragement this month. I really feel like we all did well and I know the 30 days definately convinced me this is the way I want to continue eating!

Off to try and finish off my closet..

Here is the song for Sunday, December 31, 2006:

1999
Artist: Prince

I was dreamin' when I wrote this
Forgive me if it goes astray

But when I woke up this mornin'
Coulda sworn it was judgment day

The sky was all purple
There were people runnin' everywhere

Tryin' 2 run from the destruction
U know I didn't even care

'Cuz they say two thousand zero zero party over
Oops out of time
So tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999

I was dreamin' when I wrote this
So sue me if I go 2 fast

But life is just a party
And parties weren't meant 2 last

War is all around us
My mind says prepare 2 fight

So if I gotta die
I'm gonna listen 2 my body tonight

Yeah, they say two thousand zero zero party over
Oops out of time
So tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999
Yeah

Lemme tell ya somethin'
If U didn't come 2 party
Don't bother knockin' on my door
I got a lion in my pocket
And baby he's ready 2 roar

Yeah, everybody's got a bomb
We could all die any day
But before I'll let that happen
I'll dance my life away

They say two thousand zero zero party over
Oops out of time
We're runnin' outta time
So tonight we gonna, we gonna (Tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999)

Say it 1 more time
Two thousand zero zero party over
Oops out of time
No, no
So tonight we gonna, we gonna (Tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999)

Alright, it's 1999
You say it, 1999
1999
1999 don't stop, don't stop, say it 1 more time

Two thousand zero zero party over
Oops out of time
Yeah, Yeah
So tonight we gonna, we gonna (Tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999)

Yeah, 1999 (1999)
Don't cha wanna go (1999)
Don't cha wanna go (1999)
We could all die any day (1999)
I don't wanna die
I'd rather dance

Tonight I'm gonna party like it's going to be my
BEST YEAR EVER - 2007!

Thanks for doing the DJing girlsmiley you done good!

This was a fun thread - it was a pleasure getting to know you all here!

Today I ate lots of fruit and kept my fat at 10% and I feel really good about it. Wasn't all raw, but close to it.

Some of my goals for the New Year will be consuming more fruit and getting to love celery by itself. I like it now, just don't love it.

We watched The Phantom Menace tonight and I munched on some large sticks of celery and had some "Just Corn" which is dried corn, while everyone else had popcorn.

I am excited about the coming year and the new challenges that lie ahead.

You all are so fantastic, dancing queens and kings, you did a great job, you should be very proud of yourselves!

Thanks for starting and nursing this thread, Miss Linda. I could almost see you dancing around in shiny platform heels.

Good morning Disco Divas!

Well, today hit a rocky start! At 2am I was hit with a stomach bug. DH had it earlier in the evening and took LOTS of "the pink stuff", while I suffered through the early morning hours, passing LOTS of water.... But this morning, knowing my body actually GOT RID of the bug, :D , I feel better, only tired! I had LOTS of water in the am, about 40 oz in a 3 hour time....When DH woke up and realized I was sick (or HAD been, it was then 8am) he asked if I "took something". I was proud to say "NO", but scared he was going to "get on to me". I was surprised that he didn't say anything. I told him I was better (a slight stretch, but I knew I was on the mend.)
Anyway. I'm sooooo glad to have gotten to know each of you! I feel more connected to this board, and to my friends here! I sure hope to see you gals (and guy) in the January challenge!
For my New Year's Eve party I've made:
jalepeno poppers (I probably will SAVE those for tomorrow! ;) )
Key lime pie (I can't wait to try it!)
nori snacks
Fudge
That's plenty for me! I know I will eat a salad for dinner, and depending on how my tummy feels, will dictate how many raw treats I eat tonight!
I will also drink alot of water today...I've also had a small, plain banana smoothie (light on the bananas, and things seem to be working like normal! :D ) Score for RAW eating...drug free baby!!
Ya'll have a SAFE DAY/NIGHT! LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL TOMORROW!
Happy New Year's Eve!

Good morning all. I'm so stiff from going back to yoga. I'm still not 100% sure about my stomach so I had to skip class this morning. Certainly don't want a repeat of yesterday. Sorry you were sick too Tvillemom!

Well I am going out to dinner w/two girlfriends and then we are coming back to my place and watching movies. Nice and mellow. Thankfully the restaurant is not having a prix fix menu. And since my stomach is wierd I have the perfect excuse to just order a salad or something. I have corn chips in the dehydrator...I'll eat those during the movies with some guacamole. Mmmm.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!
