hi my name is crystal i am 22 from topeka kansas i am 330 lbs and im 5 7 i need a change i am reading up on raw food living and looking for a exercise program imve heard alotta good things about being a raw foodist like i said im gonna do it 100% if anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to get started please tell me see i have all kinds of health problems im hoping over time with changing my lifestyle this can all change with being a raw foodist and exercise :)
