Do you recommend going all raw at one time? I really dont know what to do?

Do the 30 day challange.
That way you can tell yourself that after 30 days you can eat some cooked food if you want to.
You probably will not want to eat any, but it removes the feeling that you have taken on a "life sentance" and makes it easier to stay raw in the beginning.

Some people prefer to taper down on a schedule of several months to a year.

Others go 100% at raw.

I guess it really depends on your personality and your situation.

I went 100% all at one bc I was sick and needed healing.YMMV.

Alissa recommends going all raw at once, for 30 days. This worked for me 2 1/2 years ago. I think it works for many people!

For those who just don't want to do this, though, no worries! Just increase the percentage of raw fruits and veggies at each meal. You'll get there.

Look at it this way:

-If you set a small goal (like increasing 1-2% per week overall) and it is TOO easy for you...and no challenge....then you can always set a new / higher goal the following week. You can keep accellerating a transitional pace and feel VERY successful. I find that successes (even small ones) have a snowball effect.

-It's all about personal options isn't it? Why bust your own chops if you aint gotta.

-Just my opinions / thoughts.
