Has anyone made this with almond pulp (from making almond mik) instead of ground almonds and carrot pulp (from juicing) instead of from a whole carrot in the food processor?

Don't know about almond pulp but I have used carrot pulp both for her pizza crusts and her burger bun recipe (which I also use as crust) and it worked fine.
