Hello, I have been playing around with raw for a bit under a year now. I have been aware of my diet for eight years trying all sorts of "lifestyles" of eating. I know I feel better when I am raw, it's just about being able to commit. I have been eating kind of crappy over the last 2 months and I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am going to do the 30 day challenge.

That's what I say, JUST DO IT. Join the 30 day Challenge, I see you mean Busines and that is Good. We do tend to play around and put off and sometimes it becomes too late, but one Good thing about RAW, IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.

Preperation is the Key to staying RAW. Having some Foods prepared, Handy, IS A MUST. Alway keep salads made, have Fresh Fruits and Nuts at hand. I would not get bogged down with recipes at this point but again its your Journey.

There is a Wealth of information on this site so do use it, soon you will be giving out your own advice. I can't wait. RAW, RAW, RAW.............

hi jennie,
i'm from taunton..not too far from hanson. there are classes on the boston area. i haven't been to any though.

i think i have the starts of a detox headache today. yoga last night and i should have had more water but i didn't. today is day 1...again...for raw. still early in the day but i had a grapefruit for breakfast. i just hate this headache feeling...i want to crawl into bed right now. :(
