Thanksgiving Prep Time

Last night, I felt so smug! I prepared the turkey neatloaf, marinara sauce, mashed parsnips, and cranberry-orange-chipotle relish in about 3 hours. Ha! To the turkey cookers! And that included stopping to wash up after each dish!

Hahah neat. Today my aunt and I took 30 minutes to chop up 3 big spinach salads and that's all that was needed for us :)

I prepared Alissa's Turkey, Noasted Turkey, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy and a raw cranberry sauce. I was amazed at how fast and easy it was and loved the fact that clean up was finished before I sat down to eat!
