I will stay raw today, Thanksgiving Day, becasuse I love what it has done for me. I love feeling, and having the energy of a healthy 20 year old. I love being free of the food addiction. I love being close to spirit. I love feeling clean inside. I love what raw does for this great earth. And so, so much more.

I, too, will stay raw today because:

I want to feel and stay "connected spiritually" -- I feel like I am a more "clear channel" and have so much more energy Being Raw, and whenever I "cheat (not very often!)," my pain comes back and I don't feel as good emotionally, mentally, spiritually as well as physically. It's also my way of showing my Gratitude to God and the Universe for all that I am grateful for, including Life, Love, Happiness, Joy, my raw food journey, friends, family, my cat, etc.

Thanksgiving Day became more of an internal holiday for me even before I was raw. Now it's my second Raw Thanksgiving, and it is so cool to be able to celebrate this day (and every day) Being so grateful to be Alive (more alive than I've EVER felt, thanks to being RAW) and Living on Planet Earth.
