Raw Veggie “Casserole”


3 lettuce leaves, shredded
1-2 zuccini, shredded in Food Processor
1-2 carrots, shredded in Food Processor
Handful of alfalfa sprouts
Handful cauliflower, in small bite sized pieces
½ red bell pepper, sliced/diced
(Handful of chopped red cabbage)

Put all of above ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix together.

2 tomatoes
1 stalk celery
2 carrots
Juice of one lemon

Blend the above 4 ingredients in a blenderÂ…

Then add soaked sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, almonds, or avocado to the desired thickness and consistency. Adding extra carrots without the seeds/avocado thickens it into a non fat version. Pour this mixture over the salad and mix thoroughly.
