Buckwheat Cereal
2-4 C buckwheat, sprouted
Soak buckwheat for 8-12 hours, sprout for approx. 2 days, rinse at least 3 times a day. Place on a teflex sheet in the dehydrator for approx. 6-8 hours or until desired moisture is obtained.
