2 cups almond milk (blend 1 cup soaked almonds with two cups water
very well, strain)

4 cups corn (cut from cob)

1 avocado

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 teaspoons very finely minced onion

If not already made up, make the almond milk. Cut the corn from the
cob, scraping as much of the 'milk' from the cob into the bowl as
you can. In a blender, blend all ingredients very well in the
blender. Pour into serving bowls and garnish with a handful of corn
kernels and some sunflower sprouts. Serves 4.
