i just got my copy of sunfood diet success system!!!

last night i just received my copy of david wolfe's "sunfood diet success system"... i love it so far, even though i've had it for less than 24 hours... has anyone else on here read it or seen david speak (which i also get to do this saturday!) i'm proud to say i'm finally raw, only a few days.... but it's that momen when you decide this is it that's the hardest. i've done my research and i know this is what i need..

Congrats! I was so excited when my copy came in, too. I like the way it is formatted, it almost reminds me of a text book (instructional) which is more helpful than just recipes for someone just starting out. I've only gotten to the second chapter my self because I bought 'Eating For Beauty' at the same time and have been trying to read both among others. Much success to you on your journey, it's definatley an exciting one :)

I have many of his books and got to see him speak in NY in Sept. The man is amazing. Do a search and pull up some great info posted on him here.

I have read that book twice!
