How long have you been raw?

I love to read about people being raw a month, a year, 2 years, etc.

How long have you been raw? Did you transition or just go for it?

I've been raw since around January 2004.

I was all raw by Feb. 2004. Ate some cooked foods between October 2005 and March 2006. Back on all raw ever since.

So, a mix of both, I guess. =)

High raw off and on for about 8 months.

High raw for 2 1/2 years and all raw for 7 weeks now. Taking it slow has worked best for me but we are all different.

Over 5 years all raw. I gave myself 2 years prior to that to transition fully. Did it in 1 1/2! I'm so proud of myself!

I've been 100% raw for 2.5 years, I was 75% raw for about a year previous to that.

I've been 100% raw (with slips) for 9 months and I was high raw for about a year prior to that.

August 2006 was my first raw month. Went 99% right away. Had some slips but still on the right path.
