Hi from Texas!

Here I go raw again! I recently lost 75 pounds on a low GI diet but ate mostly veggies and fruits. In July I went raw for 30 days and lost 22 pounds and felt incredible. I don't know what happened! I went on a short trip to NC and ate out and got side tracked and have not been able to get back on 100% raw since! What happened to my will power, desire or whatever it was that kept me eating raw and feeling great?!?!?!?! The taste of food is so addicting but I am trying very hard to go raw again and stay there. I know all the health benefits and how great I feel. I want to lose 40 more pounds and this is the way to do it......naturally and healthy! Any advice and help will be appreciated.

welcome to the forum

when you are ready to go raw, you will, it's that simple

make sure you have tons of your favorite raw food in your home, and toss out all the cooked and packaged stuff, so you CAN'T get it, then you'll have no choice but to eat the raw food, toss out all those pots and pans and microwaves too, it works wonders for your spirit.
