Hello. i am Dez.. From New Mexico.. I came across this site from a search engine. I heard of this diet from a group online and thought I would check it out.. I am currently 163lbs. I would like to weigh 115lbs. I am only 5"1..

I am a mother of 2. And happily married... I am a stay at home mom. I plan to take online classes soon to become a bridal consultant..

If your only goal is weight loss then there are far easier ways of doing it than a strictly raw food diet, IMO.
