My best friend visited for a few days - we met online, but we've visited each other every year in person for the past five years. When I picked her up at the airport, she said, "You look better than you did the first time I met you!"
I'm a hard sell and I get discouraged and think "raw isn't working for me!" because I don't see the dramatic results I read about here. But apparently there are changes, they're just subtle and taking time.
Also - I read that some people have moles disappear, so I've been watching a mole that first appeared about five years ago. Okay, it's not really a mole - I asked about it the last time I saw the doctor and she said it's just a growth of some kind, and she could remove it. Well, it's faded and almost down to nothing now! That's also been a slow process - I've been raw (more or less) for two years and I first noticed it lightening and changing about six months ago.
