I just received Alissa's book and DVDs- they are great!! If anyone is still hesitating about buying them, let me assure you they are fantastic.
Watching the dvd really helped me alot. I need visual aids to really understand something. Since I was completely unfamiliar with raw foods, I didn't know what any of the recipies should look like or how complicated they were. All my fears have been laid to rest. Many recipies are demonstrated and they are easier then I thought. the two women in the video are excellent, they ask all the questions you want answered and their transformation at the end is jaw dropping.
The book itself is huge and it takes you from start to finish. Alissa explains everything, she even makes your shopping lists!!
I believe this book is the turning point in my journey.
