Boy! Are you in for a treat, having come to this board. I have learned so much here in my 19 weeks of having gone 100% raw! The best thing is that my migraines which I suffered with for all of my 52 years have vanished. Gone! Not one since going raw! WOO HOO! Oh yeah, I've dropped about 33 pounds too - not too shabby for a short amount of time.
We are here to support and encourage each other. I hear you are doing great! Keep up the good work.

Alissa and her services are awsome! I've been eating raw since the end of Feb., have released 32 pounds, and my hormones are stabilizing! One of the best reasons for this diet is the positive influence I am having on my 6 year old son, hubby and extended family. They are definitely getting more raw into their diet.

Hi Jhosie!!! You are the one who inspired me to go Raw for 30 days!!! After seeing you on Tyra's show I knew I could do it!!! You totally inspired me, and I hope that you are sticking to it because you look GREAT! I am really giving this my all because of seeing the results you received and after reading Alissa's book. I wish that I could work one on one with Alissa the way that you did, but I guess I'll have to settle with reading her words in the book. I can't seem to get the consistancy right with the dressings, though. I have yet to find one that I like. Do you have any suggestions?
