Well I have been a vegetarian for quit some time. I have been eating raw and organic foods for a while too but I have not really ever tried any recipes. I noticed that a dehydrator is essential for "cooking" but I dont really know what that is and whats it's used for. Can anyone give me some tips about them and where I can purchase one? Thank you :)

take a look at Alissa's site. She has a section called Alissa's store. Under it is a section for appliances and you will find dehydraters.
There have also been quite a few posts on dehydraters, click the search button at the top and type in dehydrator
