I posted while ago about his great site, or at least I believe I did. I'm anxious for different variations of the cannoli. May be time to call in the group to come up with many variations. I never used pastry bag and I believe the cannoli was used here. Maybe it's a cashew or mac cream combo. It sure looks like tons of calories and delish of course.
