I've browsed this website for a while (could it be years??) since it's common sense that a raw diet should enhance health and promote weight loss. But I've finally decided to join and adopt a mostly raw diet as of now. I am currently 200 lbs and want to return to 155-165 and get back into competitive running. I will try to keep an up to date journal and participate on the board as much as possible. I wish you all success as you work to achieve your goals and thank you for your support in advance.

Congratulations on such a WISE HEALTHY CHOICE. I know you just saved your Life, that is how much I believe in RAW. RAW is the answer to a fast food nation, but they can't hear it calling their name.

I must advise you to order Alissa's Book to get you grounded. You can also ask us questions if you should run into any trouble, just post a Thread and one of out Giants, full of knowledge will come to your aid.
