I came across this site myself a couple of weeks ago. I love the picture of the beetroot "pasta". Looks yummy!! :p

Opps. I was thinking of a different link someone else posted. The recipes on the link you gave look good too and some of them have pretty simple ingredients. I'll probably gives those a whirl!
