I've got canned pumpkin - Is this considered cooked? I was thinking of making something out of it like cookies or something and putting in the dehydrator. Any recipe ideas?

It's not "considered" cooked, it is cooked.

Unfortunately anything that is canned is cooked. If it wasn't before the canning process uses alot of heat so it would cook it by default. Fun huh?

I think it was even cooked to death before the canning process, because it really takes a lot of heat to turn pumpkin into that kind of texture.
