Hello all,
I have been lurking here for a year in the shadows :p Anyway, I am fasting now and have attempted to go raw many times. I will keep trying. I am trying to be in optimal health both mentally and physically. I have a bit of depression and OCD. I worry a lot about junk I should not be worrying about. I meditate and do what I can. I have been slacking on the meditation but amd going to kick it up a notch. I use holosync at times. It's great. I am an RF Engineer (that's telecom stuff) in Wyoming and Colorado.

Well, just keep doing it until you get it Right. Sometimes it can be done cold RAWkey and sometimes it takes a process. Just keep trying....

It will help you with your Health issues. It can heal your Health. Check the Search at the top of the page and it will direct you.

You need to READ ALL you can about RAW. There are also Classes you can attend to broaden your knowledge. Check out this website and it will direct you to all information including Alissa's Book.

Yeah, worry is a waste of time. It changes nothing but you. Foreseeing a possible problem and creating a plan of action is good. Some people also call that worrying. I do not. Visualizing various plans of action can help you be prepared when something does happen (plus it is mental exercise)......and the other rule is that plans are made to be changed. I still don't understand what it is that you do but that is OK.

WELCOME TO THE BOARDSwhen you start eating raw foods, the depression may just go away, as you arent' eating toxic stuff anymore and your body will heal where it needs to heal, even brain chemistry.
