Raw scone recipe [Archive]

Does anyone have a recipe for a raw scone? Also, has anyone made the lemon chews that was posted some time ago? They are sooooooo good! The recipe is below. FYI: My first batch was too bitter so I lightened up on the zest and yummie.

Lemon Chews

2 cups soaked cashews
zest from 2-3 lemons
juice from 3-5 lemons (amended - add more for smoother consistancy)
1/2 cup of agave nectar or honey (or to taste)
2 cups dried coconut

i dont have a recipe because it was ages ago i made it, but i found sprouted quinoa, put through my homogenizing juicer, then mixed with raisins, honey, chopped nuts.... maybe a few other things, dont quite remember, but just that i ended up with something, by accident, quite resembling scones when i dehydrated them. the quinoa worked as a GREAT base.....
