Lately i'm not feeling like the same old person.

:) I feel reborn, no aches or pains. I wake up refreshed and ready to face the new day.
Sometimes i have to stop and ask myself, "what's going on inside my body", it's funny i feel so good sometimes i don't feel it's me.
I've had some medical issues and had test run and nothing was found wrong but i just didn't feel well but now whatever was going on is going away.
I haven't felt this good in over a year.
And my weight is slowly going down and i'm dropping sizes, last night while getting ready for church i couldn't find my (girdle) which i wear with most sweaters so i went without it and guess what, i didn't need it, my husband said i looked fine.
I feel so free :D :D :D

:) You know this is my 3rd attempt at going raw but i think i've finally got the hang of it.
I love being creative and when i don't have all the ingredients for a dish i'm learning how to use what i have and usually it turns out pretty tasty.
Tell me, how different do you feel now from when you first started eating raw?
I'm amazed at the change, i didn't know when i would see any changes happening to my body but when i did notice it was like WOW, i never noticed that and when did that happen :D :D .
