Hi all...I've been moving towards more raw foods in my diet for a while now--but have never made commitments to really changing...I will get myself somewhere above 50% raw and then let it all go and realize I havent' eaten a raw fruit or veggie all week :o

I've visited your forum a time or two...lurking and reading. You have some positive encouragement here--and good info.

This is a choice/change I definitely want to make about my life..so I'm just going to jump right in. I think I need to make a commitment to others as well as myself. So I'm moving from lurker to "interactive mode"

I am in my mid-thirties and weigh around 260lbs (afraid to actually get on the scale) I'm interested in the raw life for weight loss and increased health. I went 90-100% raw once for 3 weeks a few years ago--but didn't stick with it. I have been considering just going 100% for several weeks now and have been high raw the last 2 weeks. So starting tomorrow (no more food tonight ;) ) I'm going to jump right in to the 30 day challenge.

There you go, Jump Right into the 30 day Challenge, that's the way to do it. I am so Proud of you. YOU WILL SUCCEED. Just keep your eyes on the Prize. A HEALTHIER BODY.

Yes it is a LifeStyle change and We can CHANGE our Lives. It just take planning and preparation. You will NEVER be hungry again.

Getting Books on RAW will help you a Lot, although I would not get bogged down making a lot of hard recipes yet. I just don't want you to become overwhelmed. So keep it Simple, like eating Apples and Oranges, Avocado and Nuts.

So Welcome to the Family and lets start WALKING and eating RAW and see how much your Health will Improve..........

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW....Welcome to MY World.......
