This website I found is very cool. They have a very nice game for kids that helps them to identify wild plants for food and medicine.
They also offer a VERY nice little booklet on Dandilions, identifying them, coloring pages, etc. It's really a nice book. You just download it if you sign you for their free teleconferences.

Their free classes are pretty elementary, but nice and FREE.
The dandilion book has recipe for dandilion pesto. It includes cheese, but you could substitute pine nuts and make a very tasty pesto! Check it out!
