Hey there...

Im a working out Lover... I have been working out steady for almost 2 months. Loving it. But lately I have noticed when I do pushups or squats, with just my own bodyweight, my bod keeps popping. Maybe Im not stretching enough... Anyone have a clue what it could be?

I eat loads of greens. Plus green powders. Drink enough water. As well as coconut water daily. Enough sleep. Lots of fruit. Orange juice daily. Everything feels good, just wondering what this poppin is all about?

Thanks...

just wondering what this poppin is all about?

I heard it's from swallowing too much air.

I dunno, but I sound like popcorn when I exercise.

Try eating more celery. I read about this in a book and recommended it to a friend who had the same problem. He said it really helped him. I usually eat a lot of celery but sometimes I can't get any good, fresh stuff, then I notice my knees cracking.

I always have celery everyday in my green smoothies. Today I had 4. Yesterday 4 as well. Maybe More...

I have had this problem all my life. so I am very curious as to what the cause may be. I just consider it a part of life now....

I don't have much audible popping (except in my toes and lower back), but my whole life I have had very loose-set joints, Especially my shoulders and hips. I'm a naturally very flexible person, but the hip and shoulder things mostly seems to end up being painful--they misalign easily and require a trip to the chiropractor usually to realign.

The korean acupuncture clinic gave me some herbs for it, and they seemed to help.

Is your popping painful?
