Hello all,
I posted a couple of weeks ago about being diagnosed with parasites. I have also seen disgusting worms that I'm still passing after taking the flagyl.... I went to the gastro doc and did one more stool test to make sure the parasites are gona... which they are not as I saw one worm when taking the sample.
I ordered the Dr. Natura colonix and it's supposed to arrive this Thrusday.... I just don't know what to eat... I was eating high raw for a while and I stopped because I freaked out about the parasites.... anyways, I'd like to know all I need to be eating when I start the cleanse... I don't think this is mentioned in the Dr. Natura web site!!!
Thank you for your help!!!

Carla,
Parasites are usually indicative of a toxic or malnourished terrain, otherwse the immune syetem would remedy the situation.
My advice is to get some good solid probiotics (higher in bifidus, Renew Life makes such a brand with a VERY high amount of good bacterias, especially the bifidus--the bifidus is what we start with when born and should be the highest amount)
Also get some good enzymes. Enzymes will help root out and clean the sytem quite well. They can clear cancers and other issues as shown here:

A quick google will tell some of the benefits. My favorite brand is at:
www.baselinenutritionals.com
They have a very good profile compared to many others I have looked at. They also have some other fine products I have tried (and are cheap when u buy in bulk)
As for food, take Garden of Life Coconut oil. Coconut oil has MANY antibacterial qualities to it as well as just being super good for ya. If ya take it with a green smoothie, it is one of the best wways to absorb all the minerals from the smoothie. (fat is the best way to transport minerals to the cells) Also the fat will give you needed calories and energy. Small amounts of sweet fruits are ok along with non sweet fruits. Avacados are WONDERFUL. They are masively nutrient dense and again, the fat will help to satisfy the hunger and calorie needs.
Finally, as always there are also some non vegan things that work well at eliminating parasites and rebuilding tissues quite well. That info, out of respect for the site must be gotten by emailing me.
Good luck wit the lil buggers!

Hey Carla :)
Wisslewj has some good supplemental suggestions. In terms of a basic diet, I would focus on alkalizing and mineralizing. For a parasite situation eating a low sugar diet is the way to go. It's hard, because the little buggers thrive on sugar and will create cravings, but it will get rid of the problem MUCH faster. So lots of salads, seaweed, a little bit of fruit, avocados, small quantities of nuts and seeds
Do you have a zapper? That would help a lot
Garlic is probably the #1 anti-parasite food. I find it disrupts my spiritual connection, but if you vibe with it then doing a garlic cleanse will burn the buggers out. (That's where you take 5-8 cloves of garlic per day, 3x a week)
Green juice, probiotics, coconut oil... and I would definitely STAY vegan ;)
Love,
Sunshine

Apples
Also Pumpkin Seeds, Garlic, Cloves and Black Walnut Hull help rid the body of parasites.
