I am 100% raw, and have been for the last two months. (oct 21 will be two months raw for me!) Anyway, even on raw I have been sometimes constipated. I have added kale and collards in my smoothies and I eat veggies for lunch and dinner w/my greens.. I even juiced carrots and apples.. but for some reason I remained constipated! I then started to incorporate flax crackers I made into my diet and just eating one or two made a BIG difference. I now go to the bathroom atleast twice a day, where as before eating them I didn't. Now I sound like one of those people obessed with fat.. but, I dont want to gain weight. Will eating a few flax crackers every day stunt my weight loss? I hear on this board people talking about the "bad effects" of dehydrated foods.. and ofcourse flax crackers is one of them.. any thoughts on this??
