I'm planning on making this for dinner tonight and wanted to know how creamy it is? I'm looking for something that is almost like cream of broccoli soup, will this work? Any tips on making this? Everyone else is having beef stew (one of my old faves :( ) so I want something really yummy to keep me satisfied.

I haven't made it, but I guarantee it is good. I have yet to make something of hers that hasn't been wonderful!

I make it all the time.
I found it turned out much creamier with cashews.
I also could not handle the raw garlic...tore my stomach up!! I use a shake of garlic powder instead.
I pre-warm everything in warm water (up to 115 F) for 5 or 10 minutes and I use warm water to blend it up with, too.
It is really filling and very good! Yum!
Have a great dinner! :D

I made this yesterday and was amazed at how creamy it was. Also surprised it turned out white - I was expecting it to be green.
I placed it in a bowl in a bowl of boiling water, and warmed it to skin temperature. It was delicious. I've been craving it ever since.
