I found out that cooked 'healthy' food leads to sugar cravings, which leads to junk food addiction.

People usually say that cooked 'healthy' food (potatoes, rice, pasta, veggies) is good, but cooked unhealthy food (fast food, pastries) is bad....but actually the cooked healthy food is much worse than junk food because it leads to a junk addiction....people always try to fight their cravings for refined sugars, but they dont get that its what they think is healthy (cooked food) that makes them crave the junk.

Thats all really wack. Im glad I figured it out.

I think that cravings are at their worst when detoxing is at its best so we should learn to welcome it and look on it as a victory.
Think of it as an alien enemy who has tried to win the battle against you and because they find themselves loosing ground they make a sudden extra effort to beat you and summon all of their power but we know what they are doing so we stand firm and win.
