I wanted to find a recipe that I could share with the ladies at church for our brunch next week.

I wanted something simple, or something that makes everyone say Wow! or something delicate and light.

Any suggestions?

It is the BEST easiest lightest yummiest recipe I know.
I changed it a bit and if you want to email me personally I'll give you my version. I'm not sure what the rules are about posting recipes here.

RP's Brownies, my fudge; coconut-carmel cookies (or is it caramel-coconut?) ~ reason they say "wow" is, they don't believe they're raw.

Definitely RP's brownies - no doubt - now Revvell I'm not saying your fudge, which I haven't tried - I will, promise (I'm assuming the recipe is here on this board somewhere? I'll search) and your carmel-coconut, coconut-caramel, whichever way you say it aren't wonderful - but I've made the brownies numerous times and folks swear they are baked!
Hmmmm. I'm gonna search for your two recipes and make them! Thanks Revvell!!!

Veganforlife,

The fudge recipe is in the cococunt caramel/caramel coconut recipe thread. lol The cookies are from Renee Underkoffler's (sp) book.

I always make Alissa's Nacho cheese -but not dehydrated & kept as a dip with tons of fresh veggies. I have fooled many people into thinking it is SAD cheese. :p

enjoy,

Yes.. RP'S BROWNIES ROCK!! I want to share them with everyone! I would go with RP's brownies and Alissa's Mock Salmon Pate served with flax crackers.
