Well I am returning to a raw life. I fell of after the holidays last year. I did well during the holidays but the cold February I fell, and my chemicals showed at the endocronologist. So my husband has joined in and now the children are eating up all my raw food. I have not cooked since thrusday and thrusday's food is still there we are rawing it up. Raw it is! My hsuband birthay is today. We have raw apple Pie from Karyns here in Chicago. It was terribley expensive but I will make one myself for now on. I do not perfer gormet raw food. I like homemade raw food better.
